I have created a questionniare in normal template. one feature I would like to add is a dotted line after a question up to the YES/No choice for the question. If there are any other templates that may provide tips for making it look more professional that would also be helpful. Thanks.

This would be a dot leader for a tab. Set under Format => Tabs.

I hope you don't mean that you changed your normal.dot template to have this
in it. You don't want to do that.
