Two questions, and thank you in advance.  First, how do
you start the page numbers (both visually and
chronologically) on say, the 4th page of your long
document?  Second, how do you suppress the footer/header
(e.g. title of the document) until a later page (i.e. keep
the header/footer off your first title page).  Thanks!
David.

For general principles, see

application, see

Answer to your second question;  Got to "File" "Print
setup" and click on 'different first page" that will
supress the header from priniting on the first page of
your document.
