Is there a way to make the footer on one page diffrent
then on another?
I am working on a brochure and need some text to run along
the bottom of each side, however the text on the one side
needs to fit the one colum and the text on the other side
can span all 3.  Any thoughts?

Ugh! looks like I also have spelling issues... a fix to
this might be if there was a way to have the footer on
only one page, is that possible?

You can have different odd and even page footers. You can have a different
first page footer which can include having a footer on the first page and
not the others or vice versa, and you can have conditional footers based on
the result of a field.
