How to link Text area to a particular link?

Please Help!  I have some difficulity linking a Text area box or a "Question and Common box" to a particular link like my e-mail address.  I am currently developing a webpage but I want the web browser to give me feedback on my site.  So I inserted a text area box for question and common but i don't  know how to link the text area box to my e-mail address when the browser click the submit bottom

You might want to try posting in microsoft.public.word.web.authoring.
