I have a user who experiences a garbled format when she
using the normal view opion, print layout view is fine.
In the normal view she has the text showing up with
paragraph indents that don't exist.  I have tried
deleting her normal.dot and even reinstalling office 2000
with no change.  If another user logs onto her PC and
opens the document there are no problems with the normal
view.  Is there something other than normal.dot that
needs to be deleted?  Happens on many documents.  Thanks.

Does she possibly have the style display set and is looking at that as being
an indent?

Or perhaps she's actually in Outline view? Other options available only in
Normal view that could be disconcerting are "Wrap to window" and "Draft
font."
