There is a user in my office that tries to select all
text, copy, paste special, unformatted text into a new
document and it only shows 1 page in Print Layout.  If you
switch to Normal layout it shows all of the text, but the
page count still shows 1/1.  This is not document
specific, we have tested it on multiple files.  I try the
same thing on my machine and it works fine.  What would be
causing this?

If you click in this text in Print Layout, and turn on the
display of non-printing characters (Tools/Options/View) does
the text appear in some kind of frame?

This sounds like there's a FRAME in the template new
documents are being created from, and that the text is going
into that...
