Hi Rakesh,

This can be done relatively easily in Word Perfect, but there is no
direct corresponding capability in Word.

On which page would you want to not see the header/footer? Is there a
criterion you can use to define this?

Hi Bhaskar,

I think we may be running into a language barrier, here. This still doesn't
sufficiently describe what you want/need to do. So we can't give you any
detailed instructions...

FWIW, Word does NOT work like Word Perfect. You canNOT simply say "no footer"
here and then "start the footer again". Word does not do that.

In Word, headers and footers are assigned to SECTIONS. Each section may have
a different first page header/footer. In additions, headers and footers in
adjacent may be linked, so that they automatically look the same.

In order to define different header/footer content, you basically need to
insert a section break, then unlink the header/footer from the previous
section (deactivate the "same as previous" button in the Headers and Footers
toolbar).
