I am producing a catalogue merge from multi-records in
data source and would like to keep record details
together, ie on the same page.  How do I page break after
last complete record on each page of merged document?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The trick is to tell Word what stuff you want to keep
together, and then Word will break between these "blocks".

In the main merge document, set up a "block" of information,
followed by a single empty paragraph.

Select the entire "block" and appy "Keep together"
(Format/Paragraph/Line and page breaks). Select all but the
*last* paragraph in the "block" and appy "Keep with next".
