new footnotes

how can i make a new footnote on every page! i want to have a blank footnote space for every page, but i can only make it either different on the 1st and the same on the rest or different for every odd and even page!

You seem to be talking about "footers," not "footnotes." Perhaps you are
confused about their function? If you really want to use footnotes, then
create them using Insert | Footnote or Insert | Reference | Footnote. They
will appear below the text and above any footer you may have and will be
different on each page. If you really want a different footer on each page,
then you'll either need to use section breaks or investigate the StyleRef
field, which allows you to have a footer that changes based on text in the
document.
