Hey

I need help on how to print footers so that they are at
the very bottom of the page. I adjust the vertical margins
but when I get it in the right place that I want it, it
won't print it out.

Thanks a lot to anyone who can help

This is a printer issue: there's usually a minimum margin where the printer
physically cannot print. You'll need to get a printer capable of borderless
printing, or print on larger size paper and trim it down.

This may be right but on other computers in the network
you can print it down further than on the computer I am
on. Any idea why that is?

Either those other computers have different page setups, or they have
configured their printers differently. Put aside the notion that this is a
mystery and work from the assumption that there is, in fact a rational
explanation. Your task is to go find it.

You may be using a different printer driver. Word bases its page layout on
the information it gets from the printer driver about printable area.
