This may be right but on other computers in the network
you can print it down further than on the computer I am
on. Any idea why that is?

Either those other computers have different page setups, or they have
configured their printers differently. Put aside the notion that this is a
mystery and work from the assumption that there is, in fact a rational
explanation. Your task is to go find it.

You may be using a different printer driver. Word bases its page layout on
the information it gets from the printer driver about printable area.
