I just purchased a font from Adobe to try to match some text that a
graphic designer used on our web site. It appears that the font is
identical, except in two respects: It is a dropped cap font, and the
smaller caps in Word are bigger than the smaller caps on our web site.
Also, the font on the web site is more compressed. While I can compress
the font in Word, I cannot determine how to change the large cap to
small cap ratio. Can it be done?

Refer back to Adobe. That's really the point of purchasing fonts. Word
doesn't offer much in the way of font manipulation.
