I have an issue where the text boxes are disappearing
when I go to print preview.  I can do this on one machine
and the document will work fine, other machine, I can't
get the print preview to work correctly.  If I open Word
with the /a option it works fine, but after closing word
and opening again, it doesn't.  I don't want to use
the /a option every time I open a document.  Any help
would be greatly appreciated.

Ray,

perhaps someone turned off the Print Drawing Objects
option.

...click

Tools | Options | Print: and select the Drawing Objects
checkbox.
