I hope this isn't an abysmally stupid question.  I
created a company letterhead using Publisher 2003.  I
want to know if there is any way I can open this
letterhead file in Word 2003.  Am I destined to print the
letterhead first and then the letter, or is there any way
I can print both at one time.

You can copy the letterhead in Publisher and paste it into the header of a
Word document/template using Paste Special as Picture. The fidelity of the
reproduction may vary.
