I installed a new printer driver, and somehow it has cocked up the margins
on my basic blank document.

The margins have been decreased to about 1 cm on the left and right. If I
increase them to roughly what they were beforehand & print, I get a warning
that "The margins of section 1 are otuside the printable area of the page"

- How can I revert my blank document to the default margin settings?
- Will this remove that printable area message?

Thanks
Ben

The first thing I would check is the default page size settings in the
printer driver (check both the printer device settings and the Advanced
printing preferences - they can be different). But it could be that the
printer driver is giving duff information to Word about its margins, in
which case you need to check for a manufacturer's update or post back more
details of driver here in case someone recognises the problem.

The printer driver is HP LaserJet 4200 PS

The actual printer is a HP 4200n.. (its work printer so I just grabbed the
closest driver I could find, as I don't have the driver disks)
