Hello,

I have a user whose reading layout is better than his
print layout.  When he opens the document in reading
layout the font is displayed perfectly.  When he tried to
print out the document certain letters overlap.  The same
if you switch to print layout.  I have seen the reverse
happen when a document created in landscape is opened in
reading layout and if you swap it to print layout it is
fine, but not like this.  I open the document on my PC
and it is fine.

Any ideas??!!

Thanks in advance,

Jeffrey

Reading Layout view displays the document without reference to the printer
driver, so I would guess that the problem is with the driver. Have the user
delete and reinstall the printer, preferably with an updated driver from the
manufacturer's Web site.
