I need to have a table of contents inserted into a
section of a table (for formatting purposes).  Is there a
way I can format the table so that the page numbers line
up properly?  Is there a way to create a table format to
be built in to the template? Am I making sense?

Many thanks, Claudine

Hi Claudine

Yes, you can put a table of contents in a table.

If the column isn't wide enough to display the page numbers, modify the TOC
styles to set a right-aligned tab where you want the page numbers.

There is some info at the following page on how to modify styles:

Hope this helps.
