What would be the best way to set up a book (a novel) for
printing?  Should I use the "2 pages per sheet" option OR
set the paper size to A5 or use 2 columns or ... I'm
confused!

Any advice would be really appreciated.

Thanks,

Rob E.

Ask your printer. In most cases the printer will want the book one page per
sheet; he will take care of the imposition. If you're printing a booklet,

For a little booklet/pamphlet type thing that you intend to make by folding
A4 or US Letter paper, start here:

For an actual novel of presumably well over 100 pages, do you really want a
little booklet of approx 4 inches by 5.5 inches? Are you going to be the
person printing it?
