I include portrait and landscape orinted pages in reports
that I prepare.  The landscape pages come out of the
printer with the top of the page to the right.  I must
turn each of these pages by hand before binding the
report.  Is there a way that I can have the landscape
pages print with the top of the page to the left?

Unfortunately, this is determined by the printer driver. Sometimes a
different driver for the same printer will rotate the pages the opposite
way, so you might try an updated (or older) driver.
