eine PDF Datei als Word_Vorlage.dot verwenden ???? (WORD und OUTLOOK)

Hifisch,

ich habe von unserer Druckerei eine PDF Datei unseres Briefpapiers
bekommen und möchte diese nun in Word einpflegen.

Wenn ich Word Dateien per Mail verschicke, dann möchte ich gerne, das
der Empfänger, wenn er die Datei ausdruckt unser Briefpapier
(Firmenlogo und Anschriften) mit ausgedruckt bekommt.Wenn ich Mails
per Outlook verschicke, möchte ich auch diesen Hintergrund verwenden..

Gibt es hierfür eine einfache Lösung, oder geht es gar nicht ??

Hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen

Hope a reply in English will be useful.

Not sure I understand the problem, but I think you want to use a PDF file
from your printer as the basis for sending letters in Word.

I think I have thought of a way you can make that happen, although I'm not
sure it's a great idea.

Open a blank document, being sure it is letter-sized. Go to the Insert menu
and select Watermark. Find your PDF file in the dialog and insert it. Be
careful to turn off the "Washout" option.

You should now be able to use the document as a template for correspondence.

The PDF file will increase the size of your letters of course.

I hope this helps. There may be another way, but I think this should work.
