Hello,

Please help I don't know what is happening with Word 2003. Whenever I change
the formatting in the document it adds the paragraphs to the header and the
footer. It happens especially when you apply the numbering format and then
whole document is numbered you press CTRL+Z then the formating of the whole
document is cancelled, only the paragraph that you wanted is formatted.
Seems like it works? No way the header and the footer get additional
paragraphs.

THank You
