Greetings,
need some advice for following problem:
We are a author team of 3 people creating docs and endusers (about 100
people) reading the docs also in word format.
The endusers often change/edit our documents, print them out, and then
THEY COME BACK TO THE AUTHOR WITH A HARDCOPY OF THEIR VERSION and blame
him/her!
What we authors need is a feature or anything else, so that the printout
of endusers and authors can be distinguished, stamped ...
All comments are welcome!

Forget it. There are tricks you can use with macros and hidden text, but
they never really work; just cause more trouble than they are worth.

As Jezebel has indicated, this is almost impossible to achieve. The best you
are likely to achieve is not to release the documents in Word format, but to
do so in protected  PDF format in which you can deter all but the most
determined from copying or printing the document. You'll need Acrobat for
this.

Thanks to Jezebel and Graham,
this is what I expected and wanted to hear - but not my boss...
