Hi Everyone,

In Office XP Pro, When I create an envelope from a
document and it automatically inserts the address, it
seems to be double spaced between the lines. I know I can
manually change it by Space+Enter, but how can set it to
automatically be single spaced?
On new documents it correct but old document are double
line spaced.

I believe envelopes use the Normal style, and you may had earlier had a
Normal style with space after it. You would have to change the style in the
old documents.

Envelopes use the Envelope Address style, but it is based on Normal, and
changes to Normal will "trickle down" to Envelope Address. You can modify
the latter directly, however.
