How do I set up custom Headings and follow them by body copy that indents. I want it to look like this:

A. HEADING HEADING
Here is the body copy in normal font. Every level comes in just under the head.

Any ideas? I've spent hours and the body copy ends up flush left every time.

Thanks, Wordbird

Select a style (such as Body Text Indent) and modify it to your
requirements. Then set it as the "following style" for your heading style.
