lost page size options and fonts

I have been using word 2000 for ages and all of a sudden I seem to have lost the abilty to change to paper size I have the option to change it to Letter, Legal, A4 or custom and I used to have loads of options which included envelopes and A5etc whats gone wrong?? I also have noticed I have lost some fonts in particular Vianta and Palladius I have found Vianta on a web site and downloaded it but cannot find Palladius anywhere help my wedding invites were done with this and I have yet to  print them out HELP!!!

Check what printer you have set as the default. See
