copy'n'paste from another app ignore copied font and size

Hi,

If I copy'n'paste from another application, say IE, can I make Word ignore
the 'copied' size and font and just paste in the currently selected Word
font and size? How?

Using: Word 2000.

Try Edit>Paste Special>Unformatted Text
