can anyone tell how to remove a manual page braek, i have
looked all over for that info

Select it and press Delete.
OR
Put your cursor in front of it and press Delete.
OR
Put your cursor after it (top of following page) and press Backspace.
OR
Select it and press Backspace.
OR
Select it and press Ctrl+X or click the scissors on the Standard toolbar.
