In Word 2002 I'm finding that in multi-page documents all
pages after the first will "disappear."  Only by going to
the last word on the page and putting in a hard return
can I get the next page to appear -- and this has to be
done for every page.  If I modify the text on any page,
all subsequent pages disappear again, and I need to go
back and put in hard returns.  This happens only in Page
Layout view, not Normal, but is very frustrating.

Help?   Thanks.

Go to Format | Columns and make sure that the number of columns is set to 1.
If you find it is set to more than one, you'll need to modify Normal.dot to
correct this in new documents. See
