cut and paste columns

I cut from Adobe to paste in Word.  Adobe text is in 2
columns.  When I paste it appears as a column but I want
it to fill the page out to the margin.  How can I do this
quickly without going to the end of each line and deleting
one space until the line below is up where I want it?
