I used gridlines in a WORD document and when I clicked on
Hide Gridlines, there is no response.  Now I have
gridlines in every WORD document (new and old) and
every .pub, as well.  I have reinstalled Office Pro 2000
to repair with no results.

Hi Linnea,

There are gridlines, and then there are gridlines...

Table gridlines can be hidden using "Table > Hide gridlines".
But for document gridlines, you need the "drawing toolbar > Draw menu >
Grid...", and unckeck "Display gridlines on screen".

Regards,
Klaus
