help with making docs print smaller

hello, can anyone help i have several (4) documents that  have fancy
boarders around text boxes
and i want to merge them to one document and print them onto one page
of A4 effectively reducing them down by 3/4
is this possible if so how?
i need to be able to  print them each to a4  full size also

If you have Word 2000 or later, you can use either the "pages per sheet" or
the "print scaling" option in the Print dialog. It's also possible that your
printer driver has similar options.
