I'm typing a multiple page document.  From the 2nd page
forward, I need a header.  Does anyone know how to get the
header to not appear on the 1st page but on every page
afterwards?

Thanks!

Click on File | Page Setup | Layout | check the "Different first page"
box | OK.  Then click somewhere on page 2, click on View | Header and
Footer, and enter whatever text you want.

Ah, I see where I made my mistake.  I had the check in
Different first page but I was still clicking on Header
and Footer on the first page instead of the 2nd page.
Thanks very much!
