Hello,
In the page layout view, there are four "L" shaped objects on the four
corners of the document/page. I noticed that they are there to outline the
margins. However, does anyone know how to hides these or delete them from the
screen? I don't think that they are part of the page layout view because my
word xp does not have it while my co-worders word xp does.
Thank You.

They are an unfortunate by-product of having support for an Asian language
installed. Uninstall the language support if you don't require it!
(Microsoft Office Tools).
