Formatting a linked document

I am linking an excel spreadhseet into word.  I have the excel spreadsheet
page setup to fit on one page.  The problem is that in word, it is linked at
100% view, not at the % that is used in excel to fit it onto one page.  
Therefore there is information that gets cut off.

Hi

Try the following. In Excel, select the relevant cells. Edit > Copy. In
Word, Edit > Paste Special. Choose to link the file if you need to. And
paste as a picture. The picture will now behave like any picture, and you
can re-size it to suit the page in Word.
