How do i stop a Word doc view ignoring margins

When I start a new document the cursor always ignores the top margin and is
at the very top of the page. I've checked through page setup and everything
is set correctly.

I have the same problem. Did anyone give you the answer? It seems to be
happening after I did update of Office 2003 pro???
