Problem with auto page numbering

I have a simple two page doc that has page numbering
included in the footer. I used the Auto Insert to format
as follows: Page # of #. On screen pages are numbered
correctly as Page 1 of 2 and Page 2 of 2 however when the
documents prints it prints Page 1 of 1 and Page 2 of 2. I
have done everything to try and correct it but with no
success - any ideas?
