how do i stop word from showing hyperlinks

 how do i stop word from showing hyper links? it seems to pick them
up from copy n paste from the net. and i don't want them..

can i global default not to allow them ?

Hi

Try Tools > AutoCorrect options. On the AutoFormat As You Type tab, un-tick
"Internet and network paths with hyperlinks".

That will stop Word from automatically formatting addresses of web pages as
a hyperlink.
