Remove Headers but leave footers on first page

How do I place a header on every page except the first page but, have a
footer on every page?

You'll need to check "Different first page" on the Layout tab of Page Setup.
This will give you a separate First Page Header/Footer. Leave the First Page
Header empty and duplicate the Footer in the First Page Footer.
