Headers and Footers: Different First "Several" Pages

I know how the "Different First Page" and "Different Odd/Even" work.  If I
want the same header and footer for the first 3 pages and then different
odd/even, what can I do?  I am working on a report with multiple TOC.

Insert a section break at the end of your page 3 text.  In the section 2
header/footer you can break the link with the previous seciton by toggling
"Link to previous/Same as previous"
