When creating A3 docs the print preview shows & prints only part.

Ineed to create A3 documents. I have chosen custom paper size. Though wehn I
try to print it only a partial page is seen on preview and only a partialpage
printed (A4 size).

You can only set the page size to a paper size supported by the current
printer driver. An A3 printer driver should offer A3 as a standard paper
size.
