Greetings!
I have received a document with a large series of complex tables already
set up in portrait style, but because of the size and layout of the
final version of this work, I need to convert them to landscape
orientation, although the surrounding page will still need to be
portrait style (with a running header at the portrait top). I happen to
be using Word 2001/Mac for this, but could use 2004 if there were some
extra relevant feature there. I know Word supports vertical text inside
tables, but that won't help in the present situation, because there
would be a huge amount of reformatting involved.
Is there really no way to rotate the table at a single command? I sure
can't find anything. I would NOT need to edit the table after it is
rotated 90 degrees counter-clockwise.
Any hints or suggestions would be appreciated! TIA.
