Whenever I use pages of sectionpages in my footer, on the screen it will pick
up the right information (eg 6 pages in the section it will start at 1 of 6,
2 of 6, etc and the table of contents will reflect this) however when I print
the document it prints 1 of 1, 2 of 2, etc. The sections are definitely
correct, if I view the header/footer I can see at the top the right sections
are being used for the right pages.
