How do I get rid of the four L shapes in the corner?

I know that this is knit picky but it bothers me when my document has
anything other than words on it. Right now it looks like this:

L         L

except the two on the left are facing the opposite direction. I don't know
how to fix it. I would appreciate it if someone could help. Thanks!
