I have a document with multiple sections.  The first section may be
landscape, the second portrait, the third landscape....

The document when printed is bound into a booklet with the top of the
landscape page facing the spine of the booklet (9 o'clock position).
However, the document prints the top of the landscape page comes out just the
opposite (3 o'clock position), causing me to have to manually rotate each
landscape page.

Is there a way to change this so that I don't have to rotate the pages?

Unfortunately, this depends on your printer driver. Most do it correctly,
but if yours doesn't, about all you can do is look for a different driver.
