Hi All,

Not sure what caused it! When I open Word and/or start a "new" document, the
cursor starts at the top of the page; disregarding the top margin of 1.0".
Further, the ruler on the left side of the window does not allow me to drag
the border (top *or* bottom) to correct this. I can open existing documents
and they are fine. This occurs only to new documents. I've deleted all
copies of Normal.dot on my machine. What is causing this behavior?

Thank in advance!

- Fred
