Landscape page in document

I want to insert a graphic in a document that requires landscape layout.  I
would like text in portrait layout to flow around this page.  Inserting
section breaks does not allow text to flow around the section break.

Rotate your graphic. The easiest way to do this is within a drawing program
before you insert it into Word.

This is not possible in Word.
