I have a document that has shading and graphics in the headers and footers.
On one PC, it appears correct (print preview and printing). On another PC,
the headers, graphics and shading don't appear in print preview or when
printing. The PCs are identical in hardware and software (XP SP2, Word
2003). Any ideas?
Under Tools | Options, Print panel, make sure the checkbox for "drawing
objects" is checked.

Amazing how the answers appear as soon as you take the trouble to ask. :)
