Printing bottom page borders in Word 2002

Can anyone tell me what steps to take to fix the problem of my printer not
printing the bottom page border. Everything else prints fine, it just leaves
off the bottom. I should note I have a Deskjet 990Cxi printer. Thanks in
advance for any help.
