how do i repeat the data on my document on 4 sections on 1 page?

Create a table with four cells, one for each section. Enter the data in the
first cell. Select all the text, but NOT the entire cell. Insert/Bookmark and
type in a name. Now go to the other three cells and insert a cross-reference
to that bookmark.
