For anyone that might help:

a long time ago, there used to be a function in Word call "reflow" [I think
that is what it was called].

The function was used to automatically adjust your text to adjust to the
size of the margins.

So, if you received a document where the text was "scrunched in" more than
you like, you could then use the REFLOW function to automatically have the
text adjust to new margins that you set for that text.

Today, if I receive text which is "scrunched in" and I want to reformat it
to a margin width of my choice, I must manually go to the end of each line
and hit delete to bring the text of the next line up to the line it can
actually fit on.

Hope fully this makes sense to whoever reads it.  A realistic example of
where I have experienced this is in back-and-forth e-mails.  At a certain
point, when I decide to do a print, I must manually reformat the document to
save space/paper and make it look nice.

Thanks!
