Keep With Next

Does anyone know why the "Keep With Next" command sometimes works and  
sometimes does not? I'm using Word 2002.

AFAIK, it always works. Can you describe the situation in which you see it
failing?

I'm sorry, Suzanne, I am not seeing the meaning in AFAIK - the situation in
which it fails to work has seemed intermittant to me. I will start
documenting it to see if I can describe it later.
